| 文章系统阐述了王金贵教授治疗痉挛性斜颈的中医辨证思路及用药经验。病因病机方面，王教授认为有风湿袭表、阳明热盛、气郁神伤、风痰上扰、阴血亏虚5种，病位在筋脉，与脾、肝、肾密切相关。治疗上随证立法，以“方药调其脏，针推通其经”为总体治疗思想，临床疗效确切。 |

| This article systematically describes Professor WANG Jingui's thoughts on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation and experience of drug administration for the treatment of spasmodic torticollis. In terms of etiology and pathogenesis, Professor WANG believes that there are five types of symptoms, namely, rheumatism attacking the surface, exuberant heat in Yangming, qi depression and mental injury, wind-phlegm upheaval, and deficiency of yin and blood, and the disease is located in the tendons and veins and is closely related to the heart, spleen, liver and kidney. The treatment is based on the overall treatment idea of "regulating the organs with prescriptions and medicines and opening up the meridians with acupuncture and massage", which has proven to be clinically effective. |
