化痰理气口服液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰气交阻证型患者焦虑抑郁情绪和全身炎症指标的影响

摘要:

[目的] 探讨化痰理气口服液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）痰气交阻证型患者焦虑抑郁的疗效。[方法] 将90例AECOPD患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组45例。对照组予以常规西医治疗，治疗组加服化痰理气口服液。观察两组治疗前后焦虑抑郁改善的结果。[结果] 两组相比较，治疗组医院焦虑抑郁自评量表（HADS）评分中焦虑和抑郁积分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗后全身炎症因子均较治疗前下降，且除降钙素原（PCT）指标外治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。[结论] 化痰理气口服液可以改善AECOPD痰气交阻证型患者的焦虑和抑郁并降低全身炎症。

Abstract:

[Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huatan Liqi Oral Liquid on syndrome of phlegm-qi blocking acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)with anxiety and depression disorder. [Methods] 90 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Huatan Liqi Oral Liquid. The results of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. [Results] Compared two groups,the scores of anxiety and depression in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Posttreatment systemic inflammatory factor are all lower in the two groups.Furthermore,the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group except procalcitonin(PCT)index(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Huatan Liqi Oral Liquid can improve anxiety and depression,reduce inflammatory indexes of patients with syndrome of phlegm-qi blocking AECOPD.
