| 王琦院士指出了过敏性疾病防治的3大难点与3个观念转变，其核心理念是从过敏性疾病的诊断与治疗转向过敏体质的辨识与调理。研究总结了过敏性疾病“特禀体质不耐异气外侵的发病观”“过敏性疾病伏邪致病的病机观”和“调体脱敏、透达伏邪的治疗观”。其核心理念与理法方药具有重要的临床指导价值。 |

| WANG Qi, the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, pointed out the three major difficulties and three conceptual changes in the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases,the core concept of which is to shift from the diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases to the identification and conditioning of allergic constitutions. Based on this, this paper summarized the allergic diseases "pathogenesis view of allergic constitution is not resistant to the invasion of pathogen""the concept of pathogenesis of allergic diseases caused bylatent pathogenic factors" and "treatment view of recuperating constitution by desensitization and expelling latent pathogenic factors". Its core philosophy and prescription drugs have important clinical guidance value. |
