| 中医“治未病”思想历史悠久，时至今日，仍有着思维的科学性和先进性。国医大师王琦教授为体质学说创始人，充分继承和发扬“治未病”思想，提出体质三级预防理论，用于指导临床慢性病的预防、治疗和康复，实现以“疾病”为中心向以“人”为中心，以“治”为主向以“防”为主的转变。过敏性哮喘已成为严重影响人们健康的慢性疾病，具有较高的病死率。文章将从调节过敏体质入手，探析过敏性哮喘的体质三级预防方案，为本病的防治提供群体及个体化防控方案。 |

| The thought of "preventive treatment of disease" of traditional Chinese medicine has a long history. Today,it still has the scientific and advanced nature of thinking. Professor WANG Qi,a master of Chinese medicine,is the founder of the theory of constitution. He fully inherited and carried forward the thought of "preventive treatment of disease",and proposed the constitution three-grade prevention program to guide the prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of clinical chronic diseases,to achieve the shift from "disease" as the center to "people",from "treatment" as the main focus to "prevention". Allergic asthma has become a chronic disease that seriously affects the health of Chinese people and has a high mortality rate. This article aims at the adjustment of allergic constitution,explores the constitution three-grade prevention program for allergic asthma,and provides the group and individualized prevention and control plans for the prevention and treatment of this disease. |
