| 从中医精气神辨识角度认识虚劳病，总结虚劳病病因病机。通过观察面容、形态、神色、五官、舌象、脉象等辨识精气神状态，确立虚劳病精气神调治原则。在精气神辨识理论指导下，对《金匮要略·血痹虚劳病脉证并治》相关条文、方药进行解析，总结虚劳病相关治则治法。根据精气神调养原则，为虚劳病临床应用提供指导。 |

| Abstract: |
| The etiology and pathogenesis of deficiency and lauscence were summarized from the perspective of differentiation of essence,qi and spirit in traditional Chinese medicine. By observing facial features,shapes,looks,facial features,tongue and pulse,the state of vital energy can be identified to establish the principle of regulating and treating the disease of deficiency and lauscence. Under the guidance of the theory of differentiation of essence,qi and spirit,this paper analyzes the relevant provisions and prescriptions in Synopsis of Golden Synopsis:Combination Treatment of Pulse and Syndrome of Blood Bi and Deficiency and lauscence,and summarizes the related principles and methods of the synopsis of deficiency and lauscence. According to the principle of invigorating essence,qi and spirit,it hopes to provide guidance for the clinical application of the prescription for deficiency and lauscence. |
