| “调腹通络”技术是中医基础理论指导下，基于临床五迟、五软病康复实践的总结，分为“调腹”与“通络”两部分。通过对《黄帝内经》《难经》经典整理、溯本求源，从发育迟缓病症、痿软无力病症等，以及对冲脉理论、神阙理论、从阴引阳及从阳引阴理论、解结理论的整理，深入认识五迟、五软与肾、肝、脾的关系，进一步优化“调腹通络”思路与技术的奠定基础，进而科学、合理的指导临床康复治疗。 |

| The technology of "Regulating abdomen and dredging collaterals" technology is a summary of clinical rehabilitation practice of wuchi and wuruan diseases under the guidance of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine. It is divided into "regulating abdomen" and "dredging collaterals". Through sorting out the classics of Huangdi Neijing and Nanjing,tracing back to the source,from the symptoms of developmental delay syndrome,impotence and weakness syndrome,as well as the theory of chongmai,the theory of shenque,from yin to yang and from yang to yin theory and resolving knot theory,this paper deeply understands the relationship between wuchi and wuruan and kidney,liver and spleen. Further optimize the idea and technology of "regulating abdomen and dredging collaterals",so as to lay a foundation for scientific and reasonable guidance of clinical rehabilitation treatment. |
