| 目前，新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变种毒株引起的疫情仍处于全球大流行阶段，天津市在2022年1月迎战首轮本土奥密克戎疫情中采取治疗康复一体化模式，对新型冠状病毒肺炎出院患者依照《天津市新冠肺炎恢复期中西医结合康复方案（试行）》开展全面康复工作，辨证使用清金益气颗粒作为药物康复主要手段之一，取得了较好临床疗效。文章选取康复过程中应用清金益气颗粒治疗新冠肺炎恢复期低热验案1则进行整理，并将清金益气组方特点及应用经验进行简要介绍，为后续新型冠状病毒肺炎康复工作提供参考。 |

| At present, COVID-19 caused by Omicron variant is still in the stage of global epidemic. In January 2022, Tianjin adopted the integrated mode of treatment and rehabilitation in the first round of local Omicron epidemic, and carried out comprehensive rehabilitation for discharged patients with COVID-19 according to the Rehabilitation Program of COVID-19 Recovery Period Integrated by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Tianjin(Trial). Qingjin Yiqi Granule was used as one of the main drugs rehabilitation, and had good clinical efficacy. In this paper, a case of low fever in the recovery period of COVID-19 was treated with Qingjin Yiqi Granule in the rehabilitation process. The characteristics and application experience of Qingjin Yiqi Decoction were briefly introduced to provide reference for subsequent rehabilitation work of COVID-19. |
