| 白虎汤由生石膏、知母、甘草、粳米组成，乃《伤寒论》中阳明经证的代表方剂。后世医家总结前贤经验，在白虎汤基础上加减化裁，拓展了白虎汤的临床应用，主要用于治疗外感热病和内伤杂病。文章介绍了王耀光教授对白虎汤的认识和临床运用白虎汤化裁治疗尿崩症、过敏性紫癜的经验，以飨同道。 |

| Baihu Decoction contains four herbs:Gypsum Fibrosum,Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. and Oryzae Semen,which is the representative prescription of Yangming Meridian syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. The later physicians added or subtracted Baihu Decoction and made it more widely used in clinical on the experiences of the past scholars,mainly in the treatment of exogenous disease and internal damage diseases. This article introduces Professor WANG Yaoguang's understanding of Baihu Decoction and his experience in clinical application of Baihu Decoction in the treatment of diabetes insipidus and allergic purpura. |
