Abstract: |
Thoughts of the "mean" and "neutral" in confucian culture are the cultural gene and theoretical basis of the balance of yin and yang. Restoring the relative balance of yin and yang is the fundamental principle of diagnosis and treatment of diseases of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). The confucian philosophy of "dominance of yang and subordination of yin",represented by zhouyi, has an important influence on the formation and development of the theory of TCM and the warm-recuperation school. On the basis of "dominance of yang and subordination of yin",the warm-recuperation school of pediatrics, represented by CHEN Wenzhong, advocates the deficiency of yang in children and replenishment of yang. Pulmonary diseases are common diseases in pediatrics. Nowadays, due to the excessive use of bitter and cold products, antibiotics and hormones and the influence of the environment, yndrome of yang deficiency is particularly common in children. Therefore, the method of supporting yang in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases needs to be paid attention to. Based on the theories of predecessors, this paper analyzes the two kinds of lung diseases represented by cough variant asthma and pneumoni. |
