| 银屑病作为常见皮肤病变，临床治疗难度大，寻找行之有效的银屑病防治方案已成为皮肤病领域亟待解决的现实问题。中医药方法防治该病，疗效确切，具有良好而广泛的应用前景。作为中国中西医结合诊疗皮肤病奠基人之一的名老中医边天羽教授，对银屑病的中医药治疗颇有心得，并逐步形成特色学术经验。文章拟从理、法、方、药等方面，初步归纳总结相关特色学术内容，以期为银屑病的临床防治提供更多参考。 |

| As a common skin disease,psoriasis is difficult to treat in clinic. It is urgent to solve the problem that is to find an effective method to prevent and treat the psoriasis in the field of skin diseases. The method of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively prevent and treat the disease,and has a good and wide application prospect. As one of the founders of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases,Professor BIAN Tianyu,a well-known Chinese doctor,has a lot of experience in the treatment of psoriasis in Chinese medicine,and has gradually formed characteristic academic experience. The article intends to make a preliminary summary of the relevant academic content from the aspects of theory,law,prescription,medicine,in order to provide the preliminary work foundation for the sequential related theoretical interpretation and basic research. |
