| 阿尔茨海默病发现至今超过1个世纪，患病人数逐年增加，然而在临床尚无明确有效的治愈药物，西医对其发病机制和原因的认识仍停留在假说阶段。中医认为阿尔茨海默病属于“痴呆”“呆病”范畴，历代医家对其发病及治疗均有论述。整体观念是中医理论体系的指导思想，用于分析疾病有其独特的优势。文章将基于中医整体观念，从“先天之本”-肾、“后天之本”-脾胃及气、血的角度分析阿尔茨海默病的中医病因病机，为指导临床的预防和治疗提供新思路。 |

| Alzheimer's disease has been identified for more than a century,and the number of patients has increased gradually. Nevertheless,there is no clear and effective medication which can cure the disease in clinical practice. Modern medicine's understanding of its pathogenesis and causes is still at the hypothesis stage. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) thinks Alzheimer's disease belongs to the range of "dementia,amnesia" and many Chinese doctors in different dynasties have discussed its pathogenesis and treatment. Holistic concept is the guiding ideology of TCM theory,which has unique advantages to analyse diseases. Based on holistic concept of TCM,this paper will explore and analyze the aetiology and pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease from the viewpoint of "the congenital foundation-spleen" "the acquired foundation-kidney" "qi" and "blood",in order to guide clinical treatment. |
