| [目的] 应用数据挖掘分析中药专利治疗便秘的组方规律，为临床用药提供依据。[方法] 筛选中药专利治疗便秘的所有信息，应用Excel统计中药使用频数、四气五味、归经、功效和功效分类频数，SPSS modeler 18.0对所有方药进行关联规则分析，SPSS statistics 22.0对使用频率排名前25的中药进行系统聚类统计。[结果] 共纳入1 373个中药处方，12 123味中药，使用频数＞100次的有30味，如当归、肉苁蓉、火麻仁等；药性以温、平、寒为多，药味以甘、苦、辛为多，归经以脾胃、肝经为主，分类以补虚润肠通便为首。关联规则统计8条药对，聚类分5类。[结论] 治疗便秘的核心药物为当归、火麻仁、大黄等，常用配伍大黄-枳实-厚朴、生地黄-玄参-麦冬等，治则以润肠通便为本，兼以清热解毒，疏肝理气。 |

| Study on the law of drug use in the treatment of constipation based on data mining with patent of Chinese medicine[Objective] To apply data mining to analyze the prescription rules of Chinese medicine patents for the treatment of constipation,and to provide a basis for clinical medication. [Methods] Screen all the information about the treatment of constipation with Chinese medicine patents,use excel to count the frequency of use of Chinese medicine,the four qi and five flavors,meridian,efficacy and classification. SPSS modeler 18.0 for association rule analysis. SPSS statistics 22.0 for cluster statistics and factor analysis. [Results] A total of 1 373 Chinese medicine prescriptions and 12 123 Chinese medicines were included,30 of them were used more than 100 times, such as Angelica,Cistanche,Hemp seed,etc. The medicinal property was mild and cold for the most part,while the medicinal taste was sweet and bitter for the most part,the main meridian were the spleen and stomach,and the liver meridian. The association rule counts had 8 drug pairs,clustering was divided into 5 categories. [Conclusion] The core drugs for the treatment of constipation were Angelica, Cistanche,Hemp seed,etc.,which were commonly combined with rhubarb-Fructus aurantii aurantii-Magnolia officinalis. Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch-Radix Ginseng-Radix Ophiopogonis. The treatment principle was to moisten the intestine and relieve constipation,and also to clear heat and detoxification,sooth liver and regulate qi. |
