| 奥密克戎疫情特点及天津中医防治经验 |

| 摘要: |
| 新型冠状病毒新变异株奥密克戎传染性较其他病毒株强，致病力相对弱，但是传播隐匿，易出现局部疫情爆发。根据奥密克戎疫情特点，在天津市疫情防控领导小组指导下，中医药深度参与预防、治疗和康复全过程，并针对无症状感染者，首次总结了“西医无症状，中医有证候”；重视“一老一小”患者治疗；对高龄有基础病者，提出“先症而治，截断病势”，总结了“新冠宿疾并重”，更重视基础疾病治疗；关注“一头一尾，全程干预”；构筑中医药疫情防控第二道防线的策略等经验。形成了本土新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情救治的“天津模式”，并向全国推广。 |

| Omicron,the new variant of novel coronavirus,has weaker pathogenicity and more infectious comparing with other virus strains.However,due to its hidden transmission,it is prone to local outbreak.Under the leadership and guidance of the Tianjin epidemic prevention and control experiment group,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) played a vital important role in the whole process of disease prevention,treatment and recovery. "Western medicine has no symptoms,while TCM has syndromes";"Treat the disease before it produces symptoms to block the development of the disease course"; "Pay attention to the treatment of the elderly and children";"COVID-19 and other chronic basic diseases have received equal attention ";" The whole process of disease intervention,especially the beginning and end of the course of disease"and other experiences have been summarized at the first time.The"Tianjin mode"epidemic treatment plan which is suitable for local,has been widely promoted to the whole country. |
