| 慢性荨麻疹是指病程大于6周，以局部皮肤瘙痒、风团为主要表现的一类病症。陈宝贵教授认为，该病多属本虚标实，以正气不足为本，外感六淫为重要诱因。临床以表虚风袭、表寒里热、阴虚血燥、湿热毒蕴几大证型为多见，治疗应当灵活遣药。 |

| Chronic urticaria is a kind of disease characterized by local skin pruritus and wind mass,and its course of disease is more than 6 weeks.Professor CHEN Baogui indicates that the pathogenesis of these diseases is mostly deficiency of origin and excess of superficiality,and is caused by the deficiency of healthy qi and six exogenous pathogenic factors.The clinical syndromes are mainly wind-evil among exterior deficiency,exterior cold and interior heat,yin deficiency and blood dryness,damp heat and toxin accumulation,and the disease should be treated flexibly. |
