| 高血压肾病系原发性高血压引起的肾小动脉硬化或肾实质损害，并伴有相应临床表现的一种疾病。王耀光教授临证过程中，从脏腑失和理论、相火妄动学说阐释病因病机，注重脏腑辨证，将高血压肾病分为早中晚3期并分而论治，辨病辨证结合并加入专药，遣方用药后效如桴鼓，现总结其独特经验共飨同道。 |

| Hypertension nephropathy is a primary hypertension caused by small atherosclerosis or renal damage,accompanied by corresponding clinical manifestations of the disease.In clinic,based on the pathogen and pathogenesis of the imbalance of the zang organ and fu organ and the disturbance of the xiang-fire.Professor WANG Yaoguang classified hypertensive nephropathy into 3 stages including early,middle and late stages by syndrome differentiation of zang organ and fu organ,combined the method of differentiation of disease and syndrome to use the targeted drugs and prescription which has good curative effects.This paper we share Professor WANG's unique experience with peers. |
