| 文章介绍国医大师夏桂成教授治疗黄体功能不全的临床经验。夏桂成教授认为，该病的基本病机是肾阳虚、心火盛导致的心-肾-子宫轴功能紊乱，创立了将温肾宁心的基本治则与子宫藏泄运动规律结合，进而调复心-肾-子宫轴的新方法，为临床治疗黄体功能不全提供了新思路。 |

| This article is aimed to introduce XIA Guicheng's experience in treating luteal phase defect.Professor XIA Guicheng considers that the kidney yang deficiency and the heart fire are the key pathogenesis of reproductive axis disorder.He creates a new method to regulate the heart-kidney-uterus axis by combining the basic principle of warming the kidney and calming the heart with the movement of uterine.This provides a new direction for clinical treatment of luteal phase defect by regulating heart-kidney-uterus axis. |
