基于血浊理论探讨糖尿病前期的防治

摘要:

目前中国糖尿病前期的患病率不断升高，而患者知晓率、治疗率和控制率仍处于较低的水平，若不早期干预，将会进展为糖尿病，甚至会产生一系列并发症。糖尿病前期是糖尿病的先驱阶段，是一个可逆的过程，在这一阶段对病情及时的控制，可以使血糖调节能力恢复正常。王新陆教授结合现代疾病特点提出的血浊理论为诠释该病的发生、发展规律和指导临床治疗提供了新的思路和方法。糖尿病前期的病机特点是本虚标实，本虚为脾虚，标实为血浊。血浊既是该病的病理产物，也是该病发生、发展的致病因素。对于糖尿病前期的治疗，采用健脾化浊法作基本治疗原则，同时针对病因、生化指标等方面，要审因论治，善用援药化浊。上述理论的提出，为中西医结合诊治糖尿病前期提供了参考依据。

Abstract:

At present,the prevalence of pre-diabetes in China is increasing,while the awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of patients are still at a low level.Without early intervention,pre-diabetes will progress to diabetes with other complications.Pre-diabetes is the pioneer stage of diabetes,and it is a reversible process.In this stage,timely control of the disease can restore the blood glucose regulation ability to normal state.Combining with the characteristics of modern disease,Professor WANG Xinlu put forward blood turbidity theory,providing new ideas and methods for interpreting the occurrence and development of the disease and guiding clinical treatment.The pathogenesis of pre-diabetes is characterized by deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality:deficiency in origin is spleen deficiency,and excess in superficiality is blood turbidity.Blood turbidity is not only a pathological product of the disease,but also a pathogenic factor for its occurrence and development.For the treatment of pre-diabetes,the method of invigorating spleen and resolving turbidity is used as the basic treatment principle.At the same time,in view of the etiology and biochemical indicators,it is necessary to treat the disease according to the etiology and make good use of drugs to resolve turbidity.The above theory provides references for the diagnosis and treatment of pre-diabetes in the integrative medicine.
