“火郁发之”的内涵探讨及金元医家应用发挥举隅

摘要:

通过解读《黄帝内经》“火郁发之”的理论内涵和金元医家对其发挥和应用，总结归纳火郁证的证候特点，从而为临证时治疗火热内郁病证提供理论依据和临床思路。文章阐述了火性的特点，火郁证的病因、病机、发病特点以及金元医家对“郁火”致病的治疗大法。临证时无论治疗外感火热还是内伤发热，在了解疾病特点、进展阶段的基础上，明辨火郁成因，根据病位病势进行加减用药，使气机通畅，郁开热散，以期达到阴平阳秘的状态。

Abstract:

Through interpreting the theoretical connotation of Huangdi Neijing "fire stagnation requiring dissipation",physicians of Jin and Yuan Dynasties exertion and application of which can be summarized in terms of the syndrome characteristics of fire-depression syndrome,providing theoretical basis and clinical ideas for the treatment of fire-depression syndrome in clinical practice.This paper expounds the characteristics of fire,the etiology,pathogenesis,and disease characteristics of fire-depression syndrome,as well as the treatment methods of physicians of Jin and Yuan Dynasties for the"stagnant fire".In clinical practice,regardless of the treatment of exogenous fever or internal injury fever,on the basis of understanding the characteristics of the disease and the stage of progress,the causes of fire depression are clearly distinguished,and the drugs are added and subtracted depending on different disease situation,so that the qi is unobstructed and the heat is dispersed for balance of stable statement between yin and yang.
