慢性肾脏病伴发激素性股骨头坏死的分期辨治经验

摘要:

慢性肾脏病患者长期大量使用激素后容易出现股骨头坏死等后遗症，王耀光教授认为应用中医药分期辨证治疗慢性肾脏病伴发激素性股骨头坏死疗效突出。在慢性肾脏病稳定期，以治疗激素性股骨头坏死为主，即以散寒除湿、清热除湿、通络止痛为主，补肾活血为辅；慢性肾脏病急性加重期，以治疗慢性肾脏病为主，即以补肾活血、健脾益气等为主，辅以清热化湿、散寒止痛、祛风通络，并结合具体验案进行举例。

Abstract:

Patients with chronic kidney disease are prone to sequelae such as necrosis of the femoral head after long-term mass use of hormones,and Professor WANG Yaoguang believes that the use of traditional Chinese medicine staging dialectics to treat chronic kidney disease with hormonal osteonecrosis is outstanding.In the stable stage of chronic kidney disease,the treatment of hormonal femoral head necrosis is the mainstay,that is,cold dispersion and dehumidification,heat removal and dehumidification,tongluo analgesia,supplemented by kidney and blood activation;In the acute exacerbation period of chronic kidney disease,the treatment of chronic kidney disease is the mainstay,that is,to supplement the kidneys and activate the blood,strengthen the spleen and improve the qi,etc.,supplemented by heat and dampness,cold and pain relief,wind and communication,the following combined with the experience of the case for example.
