| 血浊理论是王新陆教授针对现代医学疾病谱的变化，在检测手段提示的实验室指标异常而患者尚无明显症状的情况下，创造性提出的一种全新的临床辨证体系。运用血浊理论对后循环短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）眩晕症进行早期干预，可更有效地降低脑卒中发生的风险。庄慧魁教授基于导师王新陆教授的血浊理论，结合自身临床体会，创制出对眩晕症有明显疗效的化浊通络定眩汤，本文就该方对后循环TIA眩晕症的治疗作用进行探讨，旨在为临床治疗提供理论依据。 |

| The theory of blood turbidity is a new clinical syndrome differentiation system creatively proposed by Professor WANG Xinlu in view of the changes of modern medical disease spectrum and under the condition that the laboratory indexes suggested by the detection methods are abnormal and the patients have no obvious symptoms. Early intervention of posterior circulation TIA vertigo with blood turbidity theory can more effectively reduce the risk of stroke. Based on the blood turbidity theory of Professor WANG Xinlu,Professor ZHUANG Huikui,combined with his own clinical experience,created Huazhuo Tongluo Dingxuan Decoction with obvious curative effect on vertigo. This paper discusses the therapeutic effect of this prescription on posterior circulation TIA vertigo,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment. |
