| 膝痹病是骨科常见的慢性退行性疾病，主要表现为关节疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍。清代医家黄元御在其著作《四圣心源》中提出“一气周流”理论，强调脏腑气机不能流通是疾病发生的主要原因，本文将湿热型膝痹的发病机制与“一气周流”的思想联系起来，认为此病发生根本在于“湿阻中土，肝气不升”，提出“扶土燥湿，达木通阳”为本病治疗之法，临床治疗常选用黄芽汤、四妙丸、天魂汤等经典方剂。 |

| Knee arthralgia is a common chronic degenerative disease in orthopedics,which is mainly characterized by joint pain,swelling and dysfunction. HUANG Yuanyu,a physician in Qing Dynasty,put forward the theory of “one qi circulation” in his Four Sacred Heart Source,emphasizing that the main reason for the disease is that the viscera and qi activities cannot circulate. This paper links the pathogenesis of damp-heat knee arthralgia with the thought of “one qi circulation”,and thinks that the root cause of this disease lies in “dampness blocking the liver qi in the middle soil”. It is proposed that “supporting the soil,drying dampness and helping the wood to release yang” is the treatment method for this disease. Classic prescriptions such as Huangya Decoction,Simiao Pill and Tianhun Decoction are often selected. |
