中药泽漆及其复方制剂抗肿瘤药理作用与临床应用研究进展

摘要:

泽漆（Euphorbia helioscopia L.）是大戟科大戟属多年生草本植物，功效为利水消肿、祛痰退热、杀虫止痒、散结。通过现代科学手段鉴定了泽漆中一系列的药效物质，药理活性研究表明泽漆及其复方在细胞和动物水平具有一定抗肿瘤作用，尤其对肺腺癌、肝癌、胃癌及乳腺癌作用明显，实际临床应用多采用泽漆汤及其加减方或联合化疗等手段辅助治疗肝癌、肺癌、乳腺癌、恶性腹水等疾病。文章就近年来国内外关于泽漆及其复方抗肿瘤方面药理作用与临床治疗研究概况进行梳理与总结，以期为泽漆及其复方实验与临床研究及开发提供思路。

Abstract:

Euphorbia helioscolia L. is a perennial herb of Euphorbiaceae. The efficacy is to promote diuresis and detumescence,dispel phlegm and fever,kill insects and itch,and disperse knots. Through modern scientific means,a series of pharmacodynamic substances in Euphorbia helioscolia have been identified. Pharmacological activity studies show that Euphorbia helioscolia and its compound preparations have certain anti-tumor effects at the cellular level and animal level,especially for lung adenocarcinoma,liver cancer,gastric cancer and breast cancer. In practical clinical applications,Zeqi Decoction and its modified formulas or combined chemotherapy and other drugs are often used to assist in the treatment of liver cancer,lung cancer,breast cancer,malignant ascites and other diseases,In this paper,the pharmacological effects and clinical treatment of Euphorbia helioscolia and its compound preparations in antitumor at home and abroad in recent years were summarized,in order to provide ideas for experimental research,clinical treatment and development of Euphorbia helioscolia and its formula.
