摘要:

国医大师张大宁教授认为，慢性肾脏病发展到4期的基本病机为虚、瘀、毒3个方面，虚证突出表现为肾阳亏虚，瘀侧重于癥瘕瘀结，毒则多为湿毒内蕴、浊毒上逆。虚为病机根本，瘀、毒既是病理产物，亦是致病因素。该病为本虚标实之证，总体治疗原则为“补肾、活血、排毒”，补肾活血以治本、逐瘀排毒以治标，临证做到扶正不留邪，祛邪不伤正。

Abstract:

Professor ZHANG Daning，a master of traditional Chinese medicine，believes that the basic pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease developing into chronic kidney disease stage 4 （CDK4） is deficiency，blood stasis and toxin. The deficiency syndrome is mainly manifested as deficiency of kidney yang，blood stasis focuses on the syndrome of mass and blood stasis，and the toxin is mostly the accumulation of dampness and toxin，and the turbid and toxin go up. Deficiency is the root of pathogenesis. Blood stasis and toxin are both pathological products and pathogenic factors. The disease is a syndrome of deficiency and excess. The overall treatment principle is “tonifying the kidney，activating blood circulation，and detoxifying”，tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation to treat the root cause，removing blood stasis and detoxifying to treat the symptoms，and maintaining the right without leaving the evil and removing the evil without hurting the right.
