| 脾胃升降失常为孤立性眩晕型小脑梗死的根本病机，调理脾胃升降为孤立性眩晕型小脑梗死的基本治则。调理脾胃针法为张智龙教授治疗2型糖尿病的基本针刺处方，具有调理脾胃升降功能的作用，运用该针法治疗孤立性眩晕型小脑梗死，疗效显著，且起效快，病程短，为治疗该病提供新的思路。 |

| The disorder of ascending and descending of spleen and stomach is the basic pathogenesis of isolated vertigo cerebellar infarction. Regulating the ascending and descending of spleen and stomachis the basic therapeutic principle of isolated vertigo cerebellar infarction. Regulating spleen and stomach acupuncture is the basic acupuncture prescription of Professor ZHANG Zhilong in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It has the function of regulating the function of spleen and stomach. According to the tutor's understanding of the pathogenesis of vertigo, the author used this acupuncture method to treat a case of isolated vertigo cerebellar infarction. The effect is remarkable, the onset of effect is fast, and the course of disease is short. It provides a new idea for the treatment of the disease. |
