浅议仲景方之煎服法

摘要:

东汉张仲景作《伤寒杂病论》，其条文论述精当，理、法、方、药具备，开后世中医辨证论治之先河。针对疾病和患病个体，辨证施治，立法选方而作仲景方，精简不杂、立意明确、疗效突出。并详细叙述了相应方剂的剂型、煎药溶媒、煎煮方法、给药方式、服药频次、服药时间、药后调理方法等，对疾病的治疗效果及预后调护亦发挥了重要作用。文章对仲景方的煎服法进行归纳及总结。

Abstract:

ZHANG Zhongjing，who lived in the Eastern Han Dynasty，wrote Treatise on Febrile Diseasesand Miscellaneous Diseases，where theory，methods，formulas and herbs was precise and appropriate，and started the theory of the treatment according to syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine in later generations.For the diseases and unique sick individuals，ZHANG Zhongjing created herbal formula by treatment based on syndrome differentiation and medical formula selcetion based on therapy. ZHANG Zhongjing’s herbal prescriptions were characterized by simplifications，definite purposes and outstanding curative effects. It was written that pharmaceutical dosage forms，decocted medicine solvents，decocting herbal method，medication method，medication frequency，the time of taking herbs，post-drug conditioning method，etc.，which makes an impact on the therapeutic effect of the disease and prognosis .This paper summarizes the methods of decocting and taking herbal medicine.
