误用“甘温除热”法治验浅析

摘要:
“甘温除热”是以性味甘温的药物为主药治疗因中气不足或气虚血亏而导致的内伤热证及虚人外感发热的一种方法,临床应用广泛,但须知“甘温除热”之法并非治疗外感疾病之常法,若不加辨证的拓宽该法的应用范围,将会带来误治,文章选取1例新型冠状病毒感染者诊疗过程中误用“甘温除热”法案例进行分析,期冀为医家进一步掌握中医辨证论治、标本缓急、三因制宜的精神实质,减少主观臆断、因循失治等错误,提供有益的借鉴。

Abstract:
“Sweet and warm tastes removing fever” is a method of treating internal injury heat syndrome and deficiency of qi and blood caused by deficiency of qi and deficiency of blood,which is widely used in clinical practice. However,it should be noted that the method of “sweet and warm tastes removing fever” is not the common method for treating exogenous diseases. If the application scope of this method is not broadened without syndrome differentiation,it will lead to mistreatment. In this paper,a case of misuse of “sweet and warm tastes removing fever” method in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) was selected for a brief analysis,hoping to further master the spirit of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation and treatment,reduce the misuse of treatment,and provide useful reference for doctors.
