| 摘要: |
| 癌因性厌食在中晚期肿瘤患者中发病率较高，严重影响患者营养状况、生存期及生活质量。近年来中医药尤其是针灸疗法在改善肿瘤患者食欲减退方面应用广泛，但相关临床研究多存在样本量小、单中心及研究质量偏低等问题，且结果指标与结论尚不一致。文章共识基于循证医学方法，系统整合多种针刺干预手段的临床证据，形成针对癌因性厌食的推荐意见，为临床决策提供参考，推动针灸疗法在癌因性厌食治疗中的规范化应用，进而改善恶性肿瘤患者生存质量，保障治疗进程的顺利实施。 |

| Cancer-related anorexia has a high incidence among patients with advanced tumors，seriously affecting their nutritional status，survival time，and quality of life. In recent years，traditional Chinese medicine，especially acupuncture therapy，has been widely used in improving appetite loss in tumor patients. However，most relevant clinical studies have problems such as small sample size， single-center design，and low research quality，with inconsistent outcome indicators and conclusions. Based on evidence-based medicine methods，this consensus systematically integrates clinical evidence of various acupuncture interventions，forms recommendations for cancer-related anorexia，provides references for clinical decision-making，promotes the standardized application of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of cancer-related anorexia，thereby improving the quality of life of patients with malignant tumors and ensuring the smooth implementation of the treatment process. |
