基于温肾化气法探讨分期辨治慢性肾脏病

摘要:

慢性肾脏病是重要的公共卫生问题之一，严重危害人类健康。中医认为，该疾病属水肿、尿浊、关格、肾劳等。该病病位在肾，涉及多个脏腑。温肾化气法源自温法，主张恢复肾之气化以治疗慢性肾脏病，临床以该法为基础辨证施治慢性肾脏疾病可明显改善症状，疗效确切。温肾化气法将疾病发展过程分为4个时期：初期、中期、后期、末期。并针对这4期病变的特点，分别采取补肾益脾，化气利湿；温肾健脾，散瘀通络；温肾滋阴，逐瘀化湿；温煦命火，解毒泄浊等法。文章拟基于温肾化气法探讨慢性肾脏病的中医分期论治，以期为临床治疗该疾病提供参考。

Abstract:

Chronic kidney disease(CKD) is one of the important public health problems and seriously endangers human health. According to traditional medicine, the disease is edema, turbid urine, guange, kidney strain, etc. The disease is located in the kidneys and involves multiple organs. The method of warming the kidney and transforming qi is derived from the warm method, which advocates the restoration of kidney qi for the treatment of chronic kidney disease, and the clinical treatment of chronic kidney disease based on this method can significantly improve the symptoms and the curative effect is certain. The warm kidney qi method divides the disease development process into four stages: early, middle, late, and terminal. According to the characteristics of the stage four lesions, they took measures to nourish the kidney and spleen, dissolve qi and promote dampness; warm the kidneys and strengthen the spleen, disperse stasis and channels; warm the kidneys and nourish yin, chase away stasis and dissolve dampness; warm and life-saving fire, detoxification and turbidity drainage. This article aims to explore the traditional Chinese medicine staging and treatment of chronic kidney disease based on the method of warming the kidney and transforming qi, to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.
