化坚拔毒膜治疗中度癌痛80例临床观察

摘要:

目的: 观察中药外用治疗中度癌痛的治疗效果。方法: 将病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用化坚拔毒膜按癌痛范围涂于皮肤表面,对照组口服曲马多,7日为1疗程。结果: 两组镇痛有效率、起效时间、持续缓解时间、疼痛强度的改变无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗组对肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌及颈部、胸部、腹部的癌痛疗效较好,优于对照组(P<0.05),且无副作用。结论: 化坚拔毒膜外用治疗中度癌痛疗效满意。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the curative effect on moderate cancerous pain by external use of Chinese herbs.Method: Patients were divided into two groups:therapeutic group and control group at random.Hua Jian Ba Du Mo (Membrane of Resolving Hard Masses and Removing Toxic Substances)was spead on the dermatic surface of the patients in therapeutic group according to the scope of cancerous pain.Tramadol was taken orally by the patients of control group.Seven days were a course of treatment.Results: There was no obvious difference of change of effective rate of analgesia,starting time of effect,duration of remission and pain intensity between these two groups(P>0.05).But the curative effect of therapeutic group was superior to that of control group on cancerous pain of lung cancer,liver cancer,mammary cancer,and cervical or pectoral or abdominal cancer(P<0.05).And this method had no side-effect.Conclusion: There is a satisfactory effect of Hua Jian Ba Du Mo on moderate cancerous pain by external use.
