| 摘要: |
| [目的]证实定喘汤及其分别去掉麻黄、白果后化痰、平喘、抗炎等治疗哮喘的药理作用。[方法]分别采用气管段酚红法、喷雾致喘法、炎性肿胀及TXB2、6-K-PGFla定量的方法。[结果]定喘汤具有化痰、平喘、抗炎作用,能增强酚红在小白鼠支气管的排泄,对组织胺所致豚鼠哮喘具有平喘作用,与氨茶碱对照组相比,作用强度不如后者,但作用时间较长。分别去掉麻黄、白果其作用均有不同程度下降。[结论]定喘汤确为治疗哮喘的有效良方,麻黄、白果共为君药是合理的。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To verify the pharmaohology of Dingohuan Decoction and this decoction without Mahuang or Baiguo on asthma.[Method] Some methods were used,such as phenolsullonphthalein test in traohea,nehulization sensitization and quality determination of inflammations welling and TXB2 and 6-K-PGF1a.[Result] Dingohuan Decoction,which oould remove phlegm,control asthma and inflammation,could improve the exoretion of pheonl red in the bronchia of mice.It also could control asthma due to histamine.The effect of this decoction was lowerer than aminophylline,but it would last longer time than the latter.And the effect of this decoction without Mahuang or Baiguo decreased.[Conclusion] Dingchuan Decoction is a good formula for asthma.Mahuang and Baiguo are two main ingredients in it. |
