摘要:

[目的]研究淫羊藿提取物对大鼠胸主动脉Ca²⁺内流量的影响。[方法]采用⁴⁵Ca放射性元素跨膜测量技术与柱层析相结合,研究了几种中草药提取物对大鼠胸主动脉Ca²⁺内流量的影响。[结果]发现淫羊藿提取物质拮抗作用最好。[结论]用淫羊藿乙醇提取物作柱层析,发现一个组分有钙拮抗作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To study the influence of extract fiom Yingyanghguo on Ca²⁺ inward-flow of thoracic aoria in ratis. [Methods] The technique of ⁴⁵Ca transmembrane was used to research the influence of several kinds of Chinese herbs on Ca²⁺ inward-flow of thoracic aorta in rats especial on the antagonism of calcium. [Result] The antagonism of extract from Yingyanghuo was the hest One ingredient in Yinyanghuo extract by alcohol showed the antagonism by chmmatog-raphy. [Conclusion] The antagonism of extract fiom Yingyanghuo was the best.
