摘要:

《金匮要略》论内伤杂病,其病因并不忽视外邪致病,原著第1篇有风、寒、雾、湿、饮食即五邪之论,尚有热邪致病见于全书多处,应予重视。其热有外来、内生之分,所致病证40余种,方治十分丰富。故择其要,从《金匮要略》外热致病、内热致病及其证治等方面加以论述。1)《金匮要略》热邪致病内热多于外热,内热大多由外热转化而来。2)内热病位涉及广泛,不仅有腑热,且有脏热;内热病性有虚实;内热特点常与它邪相兼致病。3)治热方法独特:除“热者寒之”常规治热法外,尚有甘温除劳热、温阳退虚热、育阴利水清郁热、温通寒实散结热、回阳救逆治假热等。4)用药常寒热并用,以协调阴阳,化解寒热夹杂之势。

Abstract:

Exogenous pathogen was neglected when discussing etiologieal factor of internal damage mixed disease on Synopsis of Prescriptions of Golden Chamber. Wind, cold, mist, moist and diet were discussed on chapter one of the original work. Hot pathogen brings on diseases should be thought highly of. Hot pathogen was divided into foreign and internal produetion. It can bring on 40 kinds of disease and syndrome, whose prescriptions and treatments were abundant. This article discussed from two aspects: exo-heat brings on disease, inter-heat brings on disease and syndrome and treatment. 1) inter-heat was more than exo-heat to bring on disease on Synopsis of Prescriptions of Golden Chamber, inter-heat was conversed by exoheat. 2)Disease position of inter-heat was related to widespread, has not only organs heat but also viscera heat;property of inter-heat disease was divided into asthenia and sthenia;behavior of inter-heat was bringing on disease with other pathogens. 3)The method to cure heat was unique, besides the routine treatment of "to treat the cold syndrome with hot-natured drugs", sweet-warm herbs eliminating high fever, warming yang for reducing asthenia heat, norishing yin for promoting diuresis to remove stagnant heat, warming and activating coldness and sthenia to remove stagnant heat ,reviving yang for resuscitation to pseudo-heat, and so on. 4)The drugs with cold and heat were used together to harmonize yin and yang and dissolve cold-heat complex.
