摘要:

[目的]观察运用泻阴补阳针刺法治疗偏瘫手的疗效。[方法]治疗组采用泻阴补阳法治疗,取穴:肩、曲池、手三里、外关、八邪等;对照组采用传统针刺法,取肩、曲池、手三里,外关、合谷。[结果]两组治疗后手运动功能恢复情况和Fugl-Meyer的手功能评价方面均有明显改善,且治疗组明显优于对照组。[结论]泻阴补阳法治疗偏瘫手疗效显著且优于传统针刺法。偶骨偶骨

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the effect on hemiplegia treated with acupuncture method of reducing yin and nourishing yang.[Methods] Treatment group was given reducing yin and nourishing yang method, (Acupoints: Jianyu, Quchi，Shousanli, Waiguan, Baxie etc);control group was given routine acupuncture method, (Acpoints: Jianyu, Quchi, Shousanli, Waiguan, Hegu).[Result] Obvious improvement were observed of motor functional recover condition and Fugl-Meyer functional evaluation of hand after treatment of both groups，and treatment group was obviously better than control group.[Conclusion] The acupuncture method of reducing yin and nourishing yang has significant effect on treatment for hemiplegia and was better than routine method.
