| [目的]探讨单味中药对脊髓运动神经元活力的影响。[方法]以鼠胚脊髓运动神经元原代培养的实验模型,实验组分别加入单味中药提取物,用MTT法观察其对细胞活力的影响。[结果]葛根、当归、白术、黄芪、山药、红花、牛膝、天门冬、知母、香附、枳实、陈皮、厚朴均可增强培养鼠胚脊运动神经元活力。对脊髓运动神经元有保护作用。[结论]上述中药提取物对周围神经损伤的修复可能有促进作用。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the effect of Chinese Herbs on the cell vitality of rat embryos spinalmotoneuron in vitro.[Methods] Extract product of Chinese herbs was added to the culture medium of spinal rnotomeuron from SD rat embryos.The effects of extract product of Chinese herbs on the cell vitality were measured by the method MTT.[Result] The result showed that the extract product of kudzuvine root,angelica,lagehead atractylodes,astragalus,thizoma dioscoreae,carthamus tinctorius, achyranthes root,lucid asparagus,anemarrhena,cyperirhizome,immature bitter orange,tangerine peel,magnol lia bark could increase the cell vitality and protect the cell of motorneuron from injury. [Conclusion] The extract Product of kudzuvine root,angelica,lagehead atractylodes,astragalus,rhizoma dioscoreae,carthamus tinctorius,achyranthes root,lucid asparagus,anemarrhena,cyperirhizome,immature bitter orange,tangerine peel,magnolia barkshould can promote the regeneration of injured peripheral nerve. |
