摘要:

介绍中医学与基因芯片的相关性及基因芯片技术与中医学的理论渊源,如精是构成人体和维持人体生命活动的基本物质,属于遗传物质;并设想通过“证”的研究与基因多态性之间的内在联系,从该基因功能上的变化,探寻“证”的基因表达谱。阐述中药的药理,寻找多基因作用位点的机制,建立符合人的生理状态的靶标,进行单味药或复方单体成分的组合,筛选出最佳方剂以及在分子水平探明针刺的作用机制,完善针灸理论。探讨了基因芯片技术将会对中医学的发展起推动作用,及其在应用上暴露出的局限性。

Abstract:

The interrelation of TCM and gene chip technology is introduced,and their theoretical origins is also discussed.For example Jing is a basic material composing a human body and keeping its life activities,belonging to genetic material.Try to study the inner link of "Zheng" and gene polymorphism,through oberserving the change of the genefunction,seeking the atlas of "Zheng" gene express.to expound the parmacodynamics of the Chinese pharmacy,seek the mechanism Polygenic effect situs,set up the target that tallies with the human body's physiological state and comhine composition of singal Chinese pharmacy or it in some complex Prescription,so screen out the best recipe and verify the acupuncture effect mechanism from molecule level.The artical approaches the motive action that the gene chip technology will do in the TCM's developing and the limitations exposed in application.
