和法名方析——兼说中医美(一)

摘要:

重点讨论对和法名方的剖析和理解。分别介绍了外感和法名方小柴胡汤、桂枝汤、蒿芩清胆汤、藿朴夏苓汤、俞氏柴胡达原饮以及内伤和法名方逍遥散、左金丸、小陷胸汤、苓桂术甘汤等9首方剂的适应症、辨证分析、治法、方药分析、当代发挥以及笔者的临证体会。其当代发挥部分以谈思路为主,以启发辨治灵机,而不是个人验案的累加。“学医技,做学问”是中医工作者的追求和必备的素质,只有深入、切实的掌握方剂学的精髓,才能正确,灵活地用好方药,继承传统,拓展思路,提高疗效,以达到会用、妙用、整合、创新方剂的目的。最后,深入浅出的分析了中医美学的基本框架:即和谐美、思辨美、系统美、仁爱美的特点和重要性。

Abstract:

To emphasis discuss the analysis and comprehension on the regulating therapy and famous prescription. To individually introduce nine prescription that included to treated diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor and internal injury diseases. To mainly introduce to indication, differentiation of symptoms and signs, treatment methods, prescription and medicine, present development and writer's clinical experience. To mainly explore the treatment thoughts and enlighten differentiation of symptoms and signs on the present development part.The writer think that studying medical technique and learnings is necessarily disposition of TCM worker. To deeply grasp the essence of traditional medical formulae and agilitily apply the prescription in order to achieve accurate applyment and increase curative effect. At last, to explain the beauty characteristic and importance of TCM included to harmony beauty, thinking beauty, system beauty and kindness beauty.
