养肝柔筋方对运动性中枢疲劳大鼠血、脑游离色氨酸和脑5-羟色胺含量的影响*

摘要:
[目的]研究养肝柔筋方在运动性中枢疲劳中的作用及其机制。[方法]将养肝柔筋方用于游泳训练造成的运动性中枢疲劳模型上,并与训练组对照观察其对模型动物血中游离脂肪酸(FFA)、游离色氨酸/支链氨基酸(F-Trp/BCAA)比值的变化,及脑中游离色氨酸(F-Trp)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)的含量的影响。[结果]与训练对照组相比,训练中药组大鼠血中FFA、BCAA的含量呈升高趋势,脑中F-Trp含量显著降低。[结论]提示养肝柔筋方可能在一定程度上提高或稳定运动机体内FFA、BCAA的浓度,改变血脑屏障的渗透性,降低大脑对F-Trp的摄取,延缓中枢疲劳的发生。

Influnence of Yangan Roujin Prescription on F-Trp and 5-HT Levels of Blood and Brain in Exercise-induced Central Fatigue Rats

Abstract:
[Objective] To explore the effect of Yanggan Roujin Prescription (YGRJF) on eliminating exercise-induced central fatigue.[Methods] Using YGRJF on rat model of swimming training-induced central fatigue,observed the changes on the content of plasma FFA and the ratio of F-Trp/BCAA,the levels of brain tissue F-Trp,5-Htand and 5-HIAA in central fatigue rat.[Results] Compared with the training rats in control group,in the training group ingesting YGRJF the content of plasma FFA and BCAA have the upward trend,but the content of brain tissue F-Trp obviousely down regulate.[Conclusion] YGRJF can chang osmosis of blood-brain barrier and stave off the central fatigue occurrence by stabilizing the concentration of plasma FFA and BCAA to a certain extent,reducing the ingestion of brain F-Trp.
