摘要:

对温病的辨证虽以卫气营血和三焦辨证为主,但其中从脏腑角度辨证的内容并非鲜见。通过对新世纪全国高等中医药院校7年制规划教材《温病学》中脏腑证型的统计与分析,总结出温病学教材中的脏腑辨证具有3个特点:脏腑辨证运用广泛,四脏二腑证型凸现,湿热温邪伤脾为甚。

Abstract:

Although the epidemic febrile disease was primarily syndromedifferentiated by the differentiation on Wei (defensive QI), Qi (vital QI), YingXue(nutrient blood) and SASN JIAO (triple energizer), the contents differentiated form ZANG FU-organ were rarely seen. Through counting up and analysis of the types of syndrome in the planed teaching material of Science of Epidemic Febrile Disease for sevenyear system of the national college or university of TCM in the new century this article summarized three characteristics of ZANGFU-Organ syndrome-differentiation from this material: One, the utilization of this ZANG FU-Organ differentiation was widespread;Two, the syndrome type of four viscuses (ZANG-Organ) and two FU-Organ was markedly appeared] Three, the warm pathogen of damp and heat evil would damage the spleen severely.
