香丹葡萄糖注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛(心血瘀阻证)多中心临床观察

摘要:

[目的]观察香丹葡萄糖注射液对冠心病心绞痛的疗效及安全性。[方法]240例冠心病心绞痛(心血瘀阻证)患者分别用香丹葡萄糖注射液(治疗组)和香丹注射液(对照组)治疗,疗程2周,试验在5个中心同时进行,对比观察疗效。[结果]心绞痛综合疗效治疗组显效率为35.1%、对照组为25.7%,心绞痛持续时间缩短、疼痛程度减轻,治疗组可明显减少心绞痛的发作次数(P<0.05);中医证候明显改善,硝酸甘油用量减少。治疗组未见明显毒副作用。[结论]香丹葡萄糖注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛心血瘀阻证安全有效。

Abstract:

[Objection] To observe the curative effect and security of Xiandan glucose injection in treating angina pectoris of coronary artery disease.[Methods] Two hundred and forty patients with Angina pectoris of coronary artery disease (cariac blood stasis syndrome) were divided into treatment group (treating with Xiandan glucose injection) and control group (treating with Xiandan injection), treatment course was 2 weeks, experiment was carried on simultaneously in 5 centers, to observe contrast curative effect.[Results] The excellence ratio of the synthetic curative effect treating angina pectoris was 35.1% in treatment group and 25.7% in the control group. The angina pectoris duration reduced, the pain degree lighten, the outbreak number of times on angina pectoris reduced obviously in the treatment group (P<0.05) X The syndrome of TCM was improved obviously, the dosage of glycerol trinitrate was reducted. The treatment group had no the obvious poisonous side effect.[Conclusion] Xiandan glucose injection in treating angina pectoris of coronary artery disease (cariac blood stasis syndrome) was proved safe and effective.
