| 摘要: |
| [目的]观察益智宁神颗粒治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)简称多动症疗效。[方法]按照随机对照的方法,将符合标准的入选病例分设3组:治疗组(益智宁神颗粒)、中药对照组(静灵口服液)和西药对照组(利他林),观察疗效。[结果]以益肾填精法为主的中药益智宁神颗粒治疗多动症,总有效率90.91%,愈显率63.64%,显著优于静灵口服液及利他林。[结论]益智宁神颗粒远期疗效可靠,病情无复发,且对心、肝、肾等无损害,亦无其他不良毒副反应发生,使用安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe curative effect of Yizhiningshen granula on treating children attention deficit hyperactivitydisorder (ADHD).[Methods] The selected patients were randomly diveded into three group:treatment group (Yizhiningshen granula),TCMcontrol group (Jingling for oral use) and Ritalin control group.[Results] The total effective rate and excellent rate of treatment group was 90.91%and 63.64%.The total effective rate and excellent rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of Jingling for oral use and Ritalin control group.[Conclusion] Yizhiningshen granula had reliability curative effect and safety.Yizhiningshen granula was worth furtherly clinical generalization application. |
