[目的]探索黄芩苷对体外神经干细胞分化的影响。[方法]培养胎鼠脑皮质神经干细胞,应用细胞免疫化学方法,以神经元特异性的微管相关蛋白-2(MAP-2)和星形胶质细胞的胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)为标记,对分化后的神经干细胞进行区分,评价黄芩苷对神经干细胞分化的影响。[结果]黄芩苷可以促进神经干细胞向神经元分化,其中高剂量组明显优于对照组。[结论]黄芩苷具有促进神经干细胞分化为神经元的作用。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To study the effect of Baicalin on the differentiation of neural stem cells (NSC). [Methods] The NSC of rats was cultured in vitro. Cultured cells with Baicalin was pro-cessed for the immunocy to chemistry assay. We detected the expression of the MAP-2 and GFAP, the makers of neuron and astrocytes. The effect of Baicalin on the differentiation of neural stem cells (NSC) was evaluated. [Results] Baicalin-treated NSC could develop mostly into neurons. This effecting was depended on the used dose of Baicalin. The high dosage of baicalin group had an more obvious advantage than that of control group. [Conclusion] Baicalin has an effect on promoting differentiation of neural stem cells to neuron. |
