血脂康对老年2型糖尿病患者血脂、炎症因子、凝血功能的影响

摘要:

[目的]比较血脂康和氟伐他汀对老年2型糖尿病患者血脂、炎症因子、凝血功能的影响。[方法]60岁以上确诊2型糖尿病患者72例,均伴有不同程度血脂异常。随机分为两组:对照组36例(男17例,女19例),治疗组36例(男16例,女20例)。采取生活方式干预及基础用药,同时对照组给予氟伐他汀40mg,每晚1次,睡前服药,治疗组予血脂康0.6g,2次/d,均连续用药12周。观察两组用药前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、三酰甘油(TG)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)及血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)等指标的变化,并观察不良反应。[结果]两组治疗后血浆TC、LDL-c、TG、hs-CRP均明显下降(P<0.05),治疗后对照组与治疗组之间无显著差别(P>0.05)。两组HDL-c、Fg、PT、APTT在治疗前后均无明显变化(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。[结论]血脂康与氟伐他汀均能明显降低老年2型糖尿病并血脂异常患者的TC、LDL-c、TG、hs-CRP水平两者均有调脂、抗炎作用,并有良好的安全性。

Abstract:

[Objection] To compare the curative effect of Xuezhikang and Fluvastatin on blood-fat,inflammatory factor and blood clotting function of senium diabetes-2 patients.[Methods] The diabetes-2 patients with blood-fat abnormality were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of treatment group were administrated to Xuezhikang and that of control group were administrated to Fluvastatin.To observe the change of TC,HDL-c,LDL-c,TG,hs-CRP,Fg,PT,APTT before and after the treatment and observe the adverse effect.[Results] The level of TC,TG,LDL-c,hs-CRP was obviously low after the treatment (P<0.05).The curative effect of treatment group wasn't obviously differentiation than that of control group (P>0.05).The level of HDL-c,PT,APTT,Fg wasn't obviously differentiation before and after the treatment (P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse effect wasn't obviously differentiation before and after the treatment (P>0.05).[Conclusion] Xuezhikang and Fluvastatin may obviously decrease TC,LDL-c,TG,hs-CRP level of senium diabetes-2 patients and may regulate blood-fat and anti-inflammatory effect.Xuezhikang and Fluvastatin had a better safety on treating senium diabetes-2.
