新世纪针灸学科面临的挑战和对策

摘要:

针灸治病以其适应症广泛、疗效迅速、治疗方便及安全无毒副作用等特点深受欢迎,国内外政府组织均加大了对针灸研究的资金投入,国际化的态势标志着针灸学进入了一个新的发展阶段。但目前国内针灸学的发展现状却不容乐观,其主要表现在针灸医疗基地和治疗病种萎缩,教学体系难以适应临床需要,人才外流,临床科研缺乏规范化、标准化,研究思路不清晰,国际针灸人才培养方面也存在一定的问题等。为此必须正视针灸学科面临的挑战,不断的开拓针灸病种,提高临床疗效;调整目前学院和附院的体制;加强国际针灸人才的培养。只有充分发挥针灸疗法的优势,在针灸人才素质要求和针灸医疗基地建设等方面作出正确的决策,运用现代高科技手段进行提高和发展,才能使针灸医学之树常青。就天津中医药大学第一附属医院近40年在针灸学科建设的体会,讨论了针灸学科的发展战略。

Abstract:

Acupuncture therapy was welcome greatly for its wide indication,immediate curative effect, convenient treatment and no toxic and side effect.All government at home or abroad increased capital investment on acupuncture research.The international situation indicated that acupuncture came into a new period of development.But our domestic actuality at present cannot make us feeling optimistic. The main representation consisted of the shrinking bases of needling treatment and lessening species of diseases treated by acupuncture,the disagreement between teaching and clinical requirement,the loss of outgoing experts,the lack of standardization and clear ideation in clinical research and also some certain problems about international professional training.Therefore,we should envisage the challenges that we were facing and exploit various diseases that were appropriated for needling treatment as well as improving the curative effect at the same time.We should adjust the system of affiliated hospital and should reinforce international training.Only exerting the advantages completely and making a correct decision at the high-level demanding professionals and acupuncture can make the branch of knowledge of acupuncture developed vigorously.The development strategy of acupuncture subjects was explored based on the development experience of acupuncture subjects for forty years in the first hospital affiliated to Tianjin university of TCM.
