摘要:

探究了补脾升阳法从《黄帝内经》到民国时期奠基萌芽、发展、继承的整个过程,并通过临床病例总结分析证明,"脾主升清"在人体生命活动中居于权重之位,脾气健运、脾阳得升则体健无恙,然中土不足,脾胃抱恙,则诸病丛生。通过探讨可建立补脾升阳法治疗诸疾的诊疗思路和诊疗手段,具有重要的临床指导意义和应用价值。

Abstract:

The whole course of laying foundation,rudiment,development and inheritance of the method of reinforcing spleen and elevating yang from the Canon of Internal Medicine to the Republic of China Period was explored.The theory of spleen being in charge of sending up essential substance played an important role in the human life activities,which was proved by summary and analysis of clinic cases.The normal function of the spleen in transport and well elevating spleen-yang could make healthy of human body.However,deficiency and dysfunction of spleen and stomach could induce onset of diseases.The article established the clinical thinking and diagnosis and treatment measures of the method of reinforcing spleen and elevating yang.It had some clinic guiding significances and values in clinical application.
