摘要:

深入研习了《伤寒论》全部有关大承气汤条文的论述和历代医家的注释,对后世温病学家对该方的应用变化进行了分析,同时结合现代医学对大承气汤证候的认识,结合作者的临床应用体会,总结出大承气汤主要是通过通大便达到泄热的目的及先进的救阴学术思想,适用于因热邪引起的大便燥结性肠梗阻和不完全性肠梗阻,在临床应用上对病机要分析透彻,对病位要判断准确,方能收桴鼓之效。

Abstract:

To deeply investigate and study the whole diacusssion of Treatise on Febrile Diseases article related with Large Chengqi Decoction and annotation of past dnasties doctors,to analyze the application and change of Large Chengqi Decoction about Wenbing Doctors and combine with the recognition of Large Chengqi Decoction about modern medicine and clinical experience.To sum up academic thoughts and application mechanism of Large Cheng Decoction that included to purgation and eliminating the heat and Saving yin thoughts.Large Chengqi Decoction may mainly refer to bowel obstruction with dry feces and incomplete intestinal obstruction.
