鼻渊舒颗粒剂中挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺研究

摘要:
[目的]确定鼻渊舒颗粒剂中混合挥发油包合最佳工艺路线。[方法]采用正交设计实验,以包合物收得率、包合率、包合物合油率为指标筛选包合工艺。[结果]恒温磁力搅拌法包合混合挥发油最优工艺条件是:挥发油:β-环糊精=1:3(mL/g),包合温度40℃,恒温磁力搅拌2.5h。[结论]按上述工艺条件包合本制剂中挥发油最为合理。

Abstract:
[Objective] To ensure the optimal inclusion technology for volatile oil of Biyuanshu granule.[Methods] With the evaluation index of the inclusion complex yield rate,the inclusion rate and the volatile oil rate in inclusion complex,the orthogonal test was employed to optimize the best inclusion technology.[Results] The optimal volatile oil inclusion technology was that the volatile oil was dropped in the mixture (the ratio of volatile oil to (3-cycle-dextrin was one to three),churning round by magnetic beater for 2.5 hours at 40℃.[Conclusion] This optimal inclusion technology is reasonable.
