半夏泻心汤证病机治法探讨

摘要:

关于半夏泻心汤证病机的认识,一直存在着很大的争议:有的学者认为是无形之气与有形之湿浊互结;也有学者赞同寒热之气互结的观点。两种观点并行不悖、莫衷一是。现从寒热并用和辛开苦降的内涵出发,用理论探讨的方法,理清了两者的关系,从而确定了《伤寒论》中半夏泻心汤证的病机本质是胃中虚,客气上逆,无形之气与有形之湿浊互结。

Abstract:

A lot of controversy was existed all along about the pathogenesis of the Banxia Xiexin decoction.Some scholars believed that the pathogenesis was mutual condensation.of invisible Qi and visible turbid damp.The others considered that it was mutual condensation of cold Qi and heat Qi.These two viewpoints existed simultaneously and conflicted each other and it was difficult to say who was true and who was the error.The correlation between them was explored based on the connotation of simultaneously using both cold and hot drugs and the connotation of that pungent drugs can disperse and bitter drugs can descend.With the method of theoretic exploration it was determined that the pathogenesis nature of Banxia Xiexin decoction in Treatise on Febrile Diseases was deficiency of stomach,adverse rising of pathogenic factors,the mutual condensation of invisible Qi and the visible turbid damp.
