| 通过对重庆维普数据库1989—2008年的文献进行检索,筛选合格研究,对文献中使用的中药、方剂进行提取,并进行分析。纳入的合格文献175篇,使用方剂16个,药物94味,1 355次。认为牵正散、防风、川芎等为治疗本病的常用方药,这为临床提炼高效方剂提供了依据。 |

| Abstract: |
| Summarize and analyze TCM syndrome differentiation about idiopathic facial palsy,as well as main prescriptions and rules of hurbs.Trials by collecting literatures in VIP from 1989 to 2008,in which selected eligible researches,so as to analyze the condition of adopting prescriptions and hurbs. Totally 175 literatures were included,where used 16 prescriptions,94 hurbs with 1355 appearance. Summarize commonly used prescriptions and hurbs to treat this disease such as qianzheng san, fangfeng,chuanxiong.It's a good gist to abstract high effective prescription for us. |
