综合疗法治疗交感神经型颈椎病99例疗效观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察牵引配合手法及中药热敷的综合疗法治疗交感神经型颈椎病的疗效。[方法] 对临床99例交感神经型颈椎病病人采用牵引、手法及中药热敷综合治疗,并设观察组采用手法配合中药热敷疗法治疗83例患者进行对照,于1个疗程(15d)后进行对比。[结果] 观察组有效率为84.8%,对照组有效率为78.3%,两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论] 牵引、手法配合中药热敷治疗交感神经型颈椎病疗效显著,优于手法配合中药热敷疗法,牵引疗法在治疗交感神经型颈椎病中有其独特的疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of the combined therapy of traction, maneuver fomentation with Chinese medicine in treating sympathetic cervical spondylosis.[Methods] Ninetynine patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were treated by traction, maneuver and fomentation with Chinese medicine as a combined therapy method in treatment group. Eighty-three patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were treated by maneuver and fomentation with Chinese medicine in control group.[Results] The effective rate in treatment group was 84.8% and that in control group was 78.3% (P <0.05).[Conclusion] The traction, maneuver and fomentation with Chinese medicine as a combined therapy method has an obvious curative effect in treating sympathetic cervical spondylosis. The traction therapy method has a special curative effect in treating sympathetic cervical spondylosis.
