益智凝神颗粒治疗注意缺陷多动障碍患儿临床症状及认知功能改善的初步观察*

摘要:

[目的]初步探讨益智凝神颗粒对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿临床症状和认知功能的疗效。[方法]对20例符合《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册》4版中ADHD诊断标准,年龄在6～11岁的ADHD患儿,予连续服用益智凝神颗粒6周。治疗前后应用Conners儿童行为问卷评估临床表现,中国韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WISC)C因子评估认知功能。[结果]治疗后,Conners儿童行为问卷调查患儿行为因子、学习因子及多动指数评分明显降低(P<0.05),心身因子、多动因子及焦虑因子评分及韦氏儿童智测C因子改变均无统计学差异。[结论]连续服用益智凝神颗粒6周对改善ADHD患儿的临床症状及认知功能有一定疗效,特别是在冲动控制、多动等方面疗效较好。

Abstract:

[Objective] To study the effect of Yizhiningshen (benefiting the intelligence and focusing the thoughts) granule on improving the clinical symptoms and cognitive function of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).[Methods] Twenty-one children aged 6-11 years old,diagnosed as ADHD according to the 4th edition of American diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders were treated with Yizhiningshen granule for 6 weeks.Before and after treatment,Conner's Behavior Rating Scale-parent questionnaire was administered to assess the clinical symptoms,and C-WISC was used to assess the cognitive functions.[Results] The score of behavior factor,learning factor and index in Conners Scale decreased significantly (P<005).Other index had no significant change.[Conclusion] It suggests that Yizhiningshen granule has certain effect in clinical symptom and cognitive function,especially in impulsive control ability and hyperactivity.
